Liurgical Timing
This parish was erected in 1795. The Christians in this area are believed to have migrated from Quilon. It was part of Azheekal and Kayamkulam. Separate baptism register is maintained here from 1909. Upto 1945 it was under the care of the vicar of Ulunthy. Fr. Sebastian Nazareth was the first resident vicar.
